Training
Training not only helps to protect your investment, but also empowers your employees to become more efficient and productive; enhancing their motivation, confidence and job performance. Our Training team is geared toward accelerating your ROI and helping you extract the most from your ECM investment. We offer technical training for installing, supporting and administering the ECM product. Our formal course offerings include instructor lecture, product demonstration, and hands on opportunities (with structured workshop and lab exercises).
Training Schedule
Training courses are offered at our corporate office in Colorado Springs, at training events, and onsite customer locations.
Regional/Public Training Event Pricing:
- "Introduction to ECM" enrollment = $2,250 per student
- "ECM Advanced" enrollment = $2,250 per student
- ECM Bundle ("Introduction to ECM" and "ECM Advanced") enrollment = $3,750 per student
Web Based Training Event Pricing:
- Web-Based, Instructor Led "Intro to ECM" enrollment = $1,250 per student
- Web-Based, Instructor Led "ECM Advanced" enrollment = $1,250 per student
- Web-Based, Instructor Led ECM Bundle ("Introduction to ECM" and "ECM Advanced") = $2,250 per student

Regional/Public Training Event Schedule:
Each event must have 8 students to be held. There is a maximum of 15 students per class for the regional classes and 20 students maximum for the Instructor Led, Web-based training. At two weeks prior to the commencement of the class, if it is not full, Configuresoft will cancel the class. Those who have signed up, will have the option of selecting another regional event to attend.
The following are the scheduled Regional training events. Web-based classes are hosted from 8am - 12pm MST and are instructor led. The events that have an asterisk (*) need a host. If you are interested in becoming a host for the regional events, please contact your Account Manager.
The Intermediate ECM Training will be comprised of four individual sessions. Customers can attend any combination of those courses or sign up for the entire course.
